We offer three levels of shipping which can be viewed at checkout. Please see below for shipping times. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Max delivery time – 30 business days.

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived in 30 businsess days - we will offer to process you a full refund for undelivered items, or send a new tracked package - free of charge.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1-2 days. However, orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

'Express - Priority Dispatch' shipping option orders jump the queue and are shipped out within 24 hours.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!

Lost/Missing Packages

NextGenGardening is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
